ANXIETY

Anxiety can come in several different forms. You may tend to worry about a lot of things and feel anxious frequently, which is commonly referred to as generalized anxiety. Maybe you have a social phobia of public speaking or being around unfamiliar people. You could have a fear of objects or situations, such as flying in an airplane or injections. Other forms of anxiety could be Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), or Panic Disorder, where you may have panic attacks that are intense, persistent, and seemingly uncontrollable feelings of anxiety that can prevent you from leading the life that you desire. If you have an overwhelming, irrational dread of everyday situations, you may feel incapacitated by these feelings of excessive fear and worry.
