After many years practicing in Kansas City, I recently relocated to Lebanon, Missouri, where I live with my husband and our dog, Tito. I am also an open-nest parent to three adult children, a season of life that continues to deepen my respect for transition, resilience, grief, identity, and the evolving nature of relationships. With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including community-based and hospital settings, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and clinically informed approach to therapy for adults and older adults.

My Approach
My practice is devoted to adults who function well in the world yet privately carry the effects of trauma, grief, or longstanding emotional strain. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and insightful, but they have reached a point where insight alone no longer feels like enough. They are ready for therapy that supports genuine internal change. As a trauma therapist in Lebanon, Missouri, I maintain a limited private-pay caseload so I can offer highly personalized, unhurried care that is guided by your needs, your pace, and the depth of work that feels most meaningful.
I specialize in integrative trauma therapy, combining Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and depth-oriented psychotherapy to support healing at both the psychological and nervous system level. I help you navigate trauma, including PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and major life transitions.
I maintain a limited private-pay caseload so I can offer highly personalized, unhurried care. Therapy here is collaborative, confidential, and intentionally paced. Together, we work with the patterns, protective responses, and unresolved experiences that may continue to shape how you feel, relate, and move through daily life. I provide a space for meaningful repair, reconnection, and lasting internal change.
